1. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
By using HandyQu Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions applicable to the HandyQu platform, which refers to the use of websites, applications, and other third-party providers, accessible via computer devices, mobile phones, tablets, or other similar devices. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are deemed to have read and understood them. We have strived to create and maintain the HandyQu platform to be used properly to benefit its users, and to be safe for use by all individuals who require HandyQu Services. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions we have created, please discontinue using HandyQu Services.
2. Definitions
"Application and Website" refers to the services provided by HandyQu. "User" refers to any individual who accesses and uses HandyQu services. "We" refers to the developers and providers of HandyQu services.
3. User Account
Users must register with accurate information and are responsible for the security of their own accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions. Users are responsible for all activities that occur through their account and must maintain the confidentiality of account login information. In the event of unauthorized use of an account, users must immediately notify us.
4. Use of Services
Users are not permitted to use HandyQu Services for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia. Any misuse of HandyQu Services may result in termination of services. Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is unlawful, contains violence, hatred, or pornography. We reserve the right to block or delete content deemed to violate these provisions.
5. Privacy and User Data
We collect and manage user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HandyQu Services, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy. We are committed to protecting users' personal data and will not share information without user consent, unless required by law. Users may submit requests to access, update, or delete their data in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within HandyQu Services, including but not limited to text, images, programming code, and the use of technology, is protected by Intellectual Property Rights in accordance with the Legal Provisions of the Republic of Indonesia. We grant limited access to the use of Intellectual Property for the purpose of application download by users on official Third-Party Platforms, and users may not transfer it to other parties or for other commercial and non-commercial purposes. Users are prohibited from modifying and reproducing all materials on HandyQu Services, including the website and application. Any violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action against the respective user.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses arising from the use of HandyQu Services. The service is provided "as is" without specific guarantees. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or completely secure. Users agree to use the service at their own risk. Users promise not to sue, and hereby release HandyQu, its affiliated companies, employees, representatives, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, costs, demands, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss that users may have now or in the future, known or unknown, that in any way result from or arise out of or during the use of HandyQu Services.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and if they continue to use HandyQu Services after the changes, we will consider the user to have accepted the new terms. We advise users to periodically review these terms to stay informed of the latest changes.
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend user access to the services at any time if a violation of these terms & conditions is found. Users can close their accounts at any time by contacting our support team. If a user's account is closed, access to services and related data may be permanently deleted.
